Product Features

The main working parts of the weak shear pump consist of a stator and a rotor. Under the action of the centrifugal force and hydraulic pressure of the rapidly rotating rotor, the stator subjects the material to a comprehensive action of strong shearing, centrifugal extrusion, impact crushing, liquid layer interpenetration, and uniform mixing, instantly dispersing, emulsifying, and pulverizing various multiphase media such as immiscible solid, liquid, and gas phases. Through repeated cycles, stable high-quality products are achieved. This product features small size, high pump efficiency, and good emulsification effect.
