ZQ series intelligent pump unit

Introduction to ZQ Series Intelligent Pump Units The ZQ3 and ZQ5 series intelligent pump units are developed and manufactured by our company to meet the needs of oilfield oil extraction processes. These intelligent pump units integrate plunger pumps, pipelines, instrumentation, data transmission, and control systems into a single unit. They enable remote monitoring and unattended operation, and feature low investment, small footprint, short construction cycle, and easy mobility.

Vertical pump series

The vertical pump series is further divided into: T series vertical pipeline pumps, R series tank pumps, V series long-shaft sewage pumps, Y series cantilever submersible pumps, YN series high-temperature sulfuric acid pumps, VL series sulfur pumps, L series multistage vertical pumps, and ZJL submersible slurry pumps.

Two-end supported pump series

The double-suction pump series is further divided into: D series multi-stage pumps, G series high-temperature and high-pressure double-casing multi-stage pumps, H series single-stage double-suction centrifugal oil pumps, and S series axial split double-suction pumps.

Shear pump

A shear pump, also known as a homogenizer, emulsifier, mixer, or neutralizer pump, is a multifunctional device that integrates dispersion, homogenization, pulverization, emulsification, mixing, dissolution, suspension, and conveying.

J series metering pump

The J-series metering pump is a general-purpose mechanical device that can precisely deliver various liquids according to process requirements. Its stroke is infinitely adjustable within the 0-100% range, and the metering accuracy of the conveyed medium at maximum stroke is ±1%. Based on process needs, pumps of the same or different performance parameters can be combined in series to proportionally deliver multiple media simultaneously.

Horizontal cantilever pump series

The horizontal cantilever pump series is further divided into SFL series petrochemical process pumps, M series magnetic pumps, F series auxiliary impeller sealed pumps, N series standardized chemical process pumps, Z series self-priming pumps, X series low-flow centrifugal pumps, SAY centrifugal oil pumps, P series mixed flow pumps, W chemical axial flow pumps, and SZJ series slurry pumps.
